Permendur 2V/Hiperco 50AHigh Saturation magnetic induction soft magnetic alloys 1J22(GB/T15002-1994)Permendur 2V is high saturation magnetic induction strength iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy, its saturated magnetic induction intensity was the highest (2.4T) in the existing soft magnetic material, Curie point is also very high (980 C), the saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60 - 100 * 10-6) is also highest. Due to high saturation magnetic induction strength, in, it can greatly reduce the volume in the production of the motors who have the same power, and it can produce a large suction force when making an electromagnet with the same cross-sectional area. Due to the high Curie point, the Hiperco 50A alloy can still work when the other soft magnetic materials has been completely demagnetization under high temperature, and keep the good magnetic stability. Due to the large magnetostrictive coefficient, Permendur 2V alloy is very suitable for making the magnetostrictive transducer, the output energy is high, and the work efficiency is also high. The resistivity of the alloy is low(0.27 M /), it is not suitable for use in high frequency. The price is more expensive, easy to oxidation, processing performance is poor, add the appropriate amount of nickel or other elements, can improve its processing.Relative Grade:GradeU.K.GermanyU.S.A.RussiaStandard1J22PermendurVacoflux 50Supermendur HiperCo5050kGB/T15002-1994Grade and Chemical Composition (see Table 1) Table 1 Grade and Chemical CompositionGradeChemical Composition (%)CMnSiPSCuNiCoVFe1J220.040.300.300.0200.0200.200.5049.0~51.00.80~1.80BalancePhysical Property (see Table2 ) Table 2 Physical PropertyGradeResistivity /( m)Density/(g/cm3)Curie point/ CMagnetostriction Cofficient/( 10-6)Tensile Strength,N/mm2UnannealedAnnealed1J220.408.2098060~1001325490Table 3 DC Magnetic Property Requirements After Heat-TreatedGradeTypeMinimum Magnetic Flux Density for Different Magnetic Field Strengths (T)Coercive forceHc / (A/m)B400B800B1600B2400B4000B80001J22Cold rolled Strips1.701.902.002.102.202.25110Wires,Forgings,Billets,Bars1.601.701.802.052.152.20144Table 4 Mean Coefficient of Thermal ExpansionTemperatureCoefficient68 F to20 C to10(-6)/ F10(-6)/ C 392 752 1112 1472 200 400 600 800 5.28 5.61 5.83 6.28 9.5 10.1 10.5 11.3Table 5 Workability
